Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions for participation in the BPI Sports Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By signing up for the Program, you (the "Affiliate") agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 To enroll in the Program, the Affiliate must complete and submit the application through the Refersion platform. BPI Sports reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Promotion of Products

2.1 The Affiliate will promote and market BPI Sports' products (the "Products") to potential customers using unique referral links provided by Refersion.

2.2 The Affiliate shall not engage in any unethical or illegal marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, misleading advertising, or any other activities that may harm the reputation of BPI Sports.

3. Commissions

3.1 The Affiliate will receive a commission of 25% on the net sales of Products purchased by customers referred through the Affiliate's unique referral link.

3.2 Commissions will be calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and any refunds or chargebacks.

3.3 Commissions will be paid out on a [monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly] basis, provided the Affiliate's account balance has reached the minimum threshold of [Minimum Payout Amount]. If the balance is below this threshold, it will roll over to the next payout period.

4. Tracking and Reporting

4.1 Refersion will track and report sales generated through the Affiliate's unique referral links. The Affiliate will have access to a dashboard where they can monitor their sales and commissions.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 This Agreement will commence upon BPI Sports' acceptance of the Affiliate's application and will continue until terminated by either party.

5.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

5.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, the Affiliate will cease all promotional activities related to BPI Sports and remove any referral links from their website or marketing materials.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 BPI Sports grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BPI Sports' trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Products.

6.2 The Affiliate agrees not to modify, alter, or create derivative works of any BPI Sports trademarks or promotional materials.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 The Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by BPI Sports during the term of this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 BPI Sports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate's participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

10.2 No modification of this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.

10.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By enrolling in the BPI Sports Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
